Carly Foxx’s Love Story Recordings continues mid August with the ‘Static’ EP courtesy of Mexico’s Ninasonik and accompanied by Nark and La Fraicheur remixes.

Hailing from Oaxaca, Mexico graphic designer, visual artist, vocalist and electronic music producer Ninasonik has been steadily carving out a name for herself, recently picking up support from the hotly tipped Discwoman collective whilst also running the Motus Records imprint alongside Demian Licht. Here though we see Ninasonik joining the roster of Carly Foxx’s fledgling Love Story Recordings for its second release.

Berlin-based La Fraicheur’s take on ‘Static’ follows and the influence of her residency at Salon Zur Wilde Renate in her hometown shines through via melodic intricacies and raw drums with a dance floor
sensibility still in mind.
