A fittingly dark and forthright collection for these strange, unparalleled times, Timothy Clerkin’s label Insult to Injury digs deep into the rawest rudiments with four friends old and new in Anna Lann, Pedro Martins, Emmanuel Caurel and Aimes. The results are some of the label’s most striking cuts since launching in 2018.

Kicking of the various is Anna Lann who appeared on the label’s first ever release.  In ‘Club Sandwich’ she serves up less of a light bite, more of a full banquet in a steel baguette. A track that becomes meatier and more of a feast with every listen.
