Milano’s Uabos and Slow Motion Records member Andrea Tempo join forces for a thunderous EP combining their powerful signature sounds. The aptly named ‘Blue Tornado’ slings this release into action with glistening arpeggios and a captivating, sweeping synth line. Their re-imagining of the infectious sensibilities of 1980’s Italo Disco can be heard throughout the release with nods to electro in ‘Paura Nera’.

The anthemic acid-led ‘Visione Lontana’ ties ethereal elements into the EP, with a hazy yet euphoric lead. Fellow Slow Motion affiliates Armonics and Alteri provide elevating remixes. Alteri maintains the original’s chiming allure and lowers the tempo with a rolling bassline that flows into the synth-wave realm. Armonics brings his steady, percussive solidity to the remix re-harmonising the lead to sit within his unmistakable arcane synth textures. ‘
