Bolina Records, born in Italy and based in Stockholm, is the brainchild of the Cerrado Studio crew, a dynamic team of artists and DJs who have been organizing events and forward-thinking initiatives since 2008. Veteran DJ and producer Sebra Cruz, founder of Margot Records and half of the iconic duo Margot, has long cultivated his craft with deep roots in the Italian Riviera club scene since the mid-1990s, under the moniker Pepe DJ. His musical identity transcends genres — whether on the dancefloor or in ambient and experimental settings, Sebra’s touch is unmistakable. His releases span labels such as Life and Death, Ellum, Habitat, and Bolina Records, including collaborations with DJ Tennis and Elasi, and remixes for Diplo, Catz N’ Dogz, Ricky Montanari, LP Giobbi, and Coyote. His debut album was released in 2023 on Life and Death.
