In 2016 I worked as a teacher of English in a medical college. By that time I had a feeling that it was the time to move further and I decided to quit that job. It was that moment when a thought came to my mind that I should take the name “Svet Kotoriy Izdaet Zvuk”(Light That Produces Sound) and I have something to tell to my students through the music.” – Igor recalls. After he had left the job Igor started to write down desultory pieces of texts that were combined in his lyrics afterwards. The same mosaic effect happened to his music – samples that are used like musical seeds which had been planted in his heart in school time, now are growing out and twining his lyrics. “Candy Somersault” is a compilation of favorite tracks, poems, conditions from 2016 to 2021. Compilation that became for Igor his flip-flop from the dark side to light. The release is a tape reissue of a digital compilation published in May 2021. The first six buyers will also receive a mascot for your house from the artist.
