Argentinian DJ and producer SHIT delivers his ‘Solo En La Pista’ EP on Seattle’s Bottom Forty this June, accompanied by remixes from Ali X x Ximena and Fausto.
A renowned event series and DJ collective formed in Seattle, comprising of artists Nark, Pavone, Sappho and Hyasynth, Bottom Forty has rapidly established itself as one of the cities key names within underground dance music through their carefully curated, fully inclusive warehouse events and forward thinking parties. Having released their fifth EP on the newly formed label in mid-2017, here we see the imprints first release of 2018 delivered by Buenos Aires raised producer Nicholas Larransio, aka SHIT, in the process welcoming the first EP in a series set to focus on unearthing and showcasing the ever developing sounds of South America, with remixes courtesy of Mexican talents Ali X & Ximena, and fellow countryman Fuasto.
‘Elle Quiere Ser Raro’ takes things into darker territories, with a hypnotic and entrancing lead synth guiding programmed 909 drum shots and eerie chants throughout, unveiling a production made for hazy, early morning dance floors.
