Berlin-based synth-wave band Dina Summer released their highly anticipated second album ‘Girls Gang’ earlier this year via Iptamenos Discos. The super band which is formed by Kalipo (also known for his work with electro-punk band Frittenbude) and dark disco DJ/producer duo Local Suicide first made waves in the scene with their 2021 EP ‚Who Am I‘ before releasing their critically acclaimed 2022 debut album ‚Rimini‘ and 2024 EP ‘Hide & Seek’. They also contributed to Curses’ ‘Next Wave Acid Punx‘ compilation, participated in Purple Mag x radiooooo’s ‘2070’ project, and performed at Reeperbahn Festival’s prestigious ‘Collide Session’.

With millions of streams and worldwide radio airplay, Dina Summer’s music has earned spots on numerous Spotify and Apple Music editorial playlists and has been supported by DJs like Charlotte De Witte, 2ManyDJs, Vitalic, The Hacker, Âme, Dixon & DJ Hell. Their releases have been praised by major publications such as DJ Mag, Mixmag, Groove, Resident Advisor, Spiegel Online, Musikexpress, Rolling Stone, Tsugi, ELLE, Penthouse and FAZE among others, while their singles got played over 10.000 times by worldwide radios.

The new album is a versatile collection of 11 tracks that delve into themes such as empowerment, outsiderhood, impermanence, nostalgia, and relationships.

We are delighted to premiere French producer and IBÄ – co-founder of the label/party series Elektric Bazaar – remixes ’Nothing To Hide’ and takes the listener on an ecstatic journey by incorporating mysterious and mesmerising voices along with eerie UFO-like sounds and cosmic pulses which lead into a realm suspended between reality and illusion.
