Mexican geek ALF CHAMPION returns to Playground Records to deliver his first EP on the label: ‘J.H Nasmyth’. Named after the Scottish inventor.

For this new launch Rafa joins forces with a bunch of friends from the Mexican underground scene armed with powerful analog gear and lots of talent to create sophisticated and intelligent music. Organic breakbeat, playful jams, jazzy synth feelings and plenty of diverse sonic landscapes are some of the treasures you will find in this magic box.

The album takes the final shape with remixes from Andalusian producer and member of Correspondant crew Javi Redondo and Paradise Palms Records’ head-honcho, Scottish artist Jacuzzi General.
