Wrapping up another inspiring year of majestic, transcendental house music, Isolate flip the feels once again with this beguiling four-piece from old friend Aldebaran.

A hugely talented soul, Italian talent Aldebaran is a multi-instrumentalist who – in just a few years of releases – has already dispatched gems on the likes of Innervisions, Kompakt, Afterlife and indeed Isolate, on their second ‘Mutations’ volume.

Now locked and loaded for his first full EP for the label, here we are taking on an epic voyage into the stars with big soaring synths, endless twists and turns and more cosmic elements than a sleepover at the planetarium.

From the mesmerising humanised synth automation on opener ‘Volo Onirico’ (dream flight) to the last surprise spiralling synth on the finale ‘Luce’ (light), the whole EP is an astounding trip for the senses where each track builds on the last in terms of far-out horizons and epic senses of space and form. Built for the dancefloor, made for your mind; what a way to sign out of 2021. We can’t wait to hear what Isolate and Aldebaran have in store for 2022…
