Lausanne, Switzerland’s” Folklor” nightclub launches its Folklor Nation imprint this May with ‘Laboratory’ by club-founders Adolpho & Franky and Holger Zilske aka Smash TV. Adolpho & Franky have been responsible for welcoming a wide array of esteemed acts from across the globe into their intimate underground space. Here we see the pair launch the imprint with their own material produced alongside Holger Zilske and welcoming Singapore’s Jonathan Kusuma on remix duties.

The original mix is a chugging slice of disco-infused house, driven by punchy drums, a choppy staccato bass-line, winding guitar and a resonant synth. For today premiere, we are delighted to present “Jonathan Kusuma’s take on the original which focuses on a heady arpeggio bass lead, crunchy dynamic drums and  folding textural synth work.
