6TEEN is the project of Vij Neemekar. His sound is rooted in the underground yet defying genres, moving through tension and release with a precision that feels both instinctive and hard won. This is music built for the descent, for the moment when the atmosphere thins and the familiar falls away. It is not for the safe and the settled. It is for those who stand at the edge of the launchpad, watching the sky darken, knowing that once the countdown ends, there is no coming back.

‘Astroport Remixes’ is the first transmission from this threshold. It takes two original tracks, ‘Exit Plan’ and ‘Alien Attack’, and hands them to three distinct voices, each of whom hears a different signal in the static, each of whom follows a different trajectory into the dark.

astrochimp approaches ‘Exit Plan’ as a descent into the deep. His remix is bass heavy and hypnotic, a slow, unrelenting pull into atmospheric pressure that locks you in from the first beat. This is not a journey you choose; it is a journey that chooses you. The rhythm builds, the weight increases, and the light begins to fade. There is no escape.
